I'm looking for someone to repair my antique brass bladed Western Electric reciprocating fan.  Motor does not run but appears okay.  I've had some wiring performed.  RSVP!

Where are you located? If the wiring was replaced, what is the reason it doesn’t run? I’ll tell you that many of us won’t take on a repair job on a fan that was messed with. You may find a member willing to take a look at it for you. If you’re in the Southeastern PA area send me a pm and I’ll take a look at it.
