I picked up this little fan this last weekend.  This is not usually my style, but the more I worked with it, the more I liked it.  It is a little 1937 Gilbert A33 10" oscillator.  The thing I like the most is the little knurled knob on the back of the neck that has a worm gear on the end of it to make the head tilt up and down.  The only thing it is missing is the knob on top of the oscillator to lock the gears down to make it oscillate.  If anyone has a spare oscillator knob for one of these I would be interested in talking with you.

That neck adjuster is pretty cool. I bet a knob would not be hard to fabricate, especially if it were only functional and not a perfect duplicate.
