Hello All!I have a friend who has recently started showing intrest in the hobby. He asked me if I could locate a nice, running, starter fan for him. We thought a simple, small, cheaper fan was the way to go.

I thought a Westinghouse Whirlwind would be fit the bill, but I would also be open to suggestions. Thanks!

I have a whirlwind that I’d part with for $90 plus shipping. It’s unrestored but runs well. Paint is a bit worn, but I think it shows it’s age. Badge is perfect, no broken cage wires, etc.

I would suggest a Emerson Jr. Easy to work in and can be purchased at attractive prices.
