I have a 35 blade to use for a pattern, I may even be able to have it done here in Houston.

I have had some involvement with a "Live Steam" club in Houston. These guys build large scale model trains with real steam engines. They did an aluminum casting workshop about ten years ago that was very interesting. The machinist friend who helped out with the Dayton Toilet Bowl necks is involved with them as well. I will see if I can get with them and get a few cast up, including machined to fit the motor shaft. Just out of curiosity, what would a re-pop blade be worth? I am thinking the work involved would be a few hundred dollars, just a guess on my behalf.

Joey, there was a 26" cast Freshy blade at the Museum meet = = I was going to get it for you, so close.

That is a fresh’nd aire but not a 35, probably a 20 or 23
