My friend has a fan he got from me, was done by Lane Shirey so it is in like new condition, nice paint, pinstripes, nice brass. I'll get pictures later. He is not a collector, he likes my 1947 Vortalex, tan oscillator. Says it matches his furniture. It is part of my Vortalex collection, and is nearly perfect, so I don't want to let it go. He would probably trade for another oscillator in nice condition. He will be bringing the R&M to Galveston this week.

If it’s one of the 2 R&Ms that I hand pinstriped, it’s a nice fan.

Yes it is. I have somewhat changed my tastes in my collection is the only reason I let it go.

My friend who has the fan is in Texas City, TX. He wants to trade the R&M. I am having a fan meet this weekend, if he still has it, I'll let you know.
