Hi to all on the forum from the UK,

As a collector of all things old and interesting, it was only a matter of time before I found myself the owner of a fan of some sort. I spotted this at a market and could not resist. :D It has no makers marks that I can see, but I think it is quite early. If anyone could help me identify the maker and it's age, I would be very grateful. I would very much like to get it working again, but it will need some work and parts. It's a real shame someone has polished the blade and guard

Wow,thanks Jan that's great. Is your fan running? mine needs brushes and caps and the switch and coil are in a poor state, so some work to do.
