Never seen one of these. From the tag appears to be sold at Target? I'm assuming the fan blades are foam.

Target had them last year. They are cute. Blades are foam. I think Joanna Gaines had something to do with their design. I applaud the effort, but with so many real vintage fans available, I have no need to buy any new fans.

Being original from the city of Waco (home to the aforementioned Gainses),  I view these people as an embarrassment.  Had they stuck to renovating old houses, that would have been fine.  However, they have even taken to buying up old (and what I consider historically significant) commercial buildings and gutted them to correspond to their "historical" vision.  Thankfully, I no longer have any connection to that town or I would take even greater offense.  That is just my opinion.

I bought one of these last year. The fascinating thing is that the base and motor housing are exact copies of a 8" stamped steel Bersted / Eskimo fan. I think they probably sent one away to China as a template. The fan blades are indeed foam, but are rather thick and don't produce a great breeze. I'll have to take some pics of mine this week. If you're debating buying - don't. I don't think it's worth $50. Maybe $30 total.
