Very interesting ...I didn't realize they made  A front oscillator like that .... seems cheap to me I guess it's missing some parts though... it will be interesting to see what it brings...

What is missing exactly looks like Russ? Just the arm? Be pretty easy to fab one given one as a guide, or dimensions.

The motor housing is die cast- The base is drawn brass- The pivot and stem is cast iron - the guard is steel - the blade is brass.

Appears the wheel and arm are missing then.
