|Hello everyone the other day I was given fans 2 of them intact and 2 of them disassembled well. one of the ones that was still fully assembled yet was a 1950s vintage Kisco Circulair Hassock fan that is in need of a paint job (about 50% of the original paint is gone and has a lot of rust, but the motor is still good yet).
Its a two speed model, and I'm unfortunately having a hard time getting it apart because the screws are a bit rusty and corroded.
I'm very good with spray painting metal parts and stuff (i've spray painted many old antique floor lamps before with no problems) I'm just need some tips on how to get this fan apart.
I also would love to know when exactly this fan was made (down to an exact year, like maybe an old flyer or something).
Also weird thing is that most of the Kisco Hassock fans like mine I've seen on the internet were 2 tone colored but mine seems to of been only one color, is that normal?
