there are no ID anywhere on this fan I have not found one on e-bay with a base like this one either. It’s has about a  10 inch blade.  It Swivels up and down only. It’s possible the motor has been replaced. Old motor may have had a tag with model #

the badge and id tag would be on the window frame. yours is a removeable unit from a 1956-58 ish twin window convertible unit. the window frame with a 2 speed control stayed in the window and you could pop the two fans out making them single speed floor and desk fans with very short cords. Yours is the small 6" size, there was a bigger 8" size that was three speed... they are good fans, now you have to find another fan and a window frame!

Those are neat units, I am looking at a complete model sitting on the floor in my office; there's another in my kitchen window at home.
