|These two fans I would rather not part with but if they can fund for a nice fan(s) at fan fair then I could sell them.
1st is an all original 1901 Cake. I did not polish this one and is how it has been ever since new. The only thing that I did do was repin the cage back on. Not the most amazing job in the world but it stays together and looks fine. The fan runs on both speeds smoothly. I never changed the bearing or the rotor shaft in this fan. There is no up and down play but some front and back play. I have used in the summer months almost 24/7 ever since I got it and nothing ever happened with it. I even ran it through the night. Paint is good and could polish up if you please alog with the brass. I left it as I prefer these real old fans original. New feet were put on. I hate to let this one go. Price is $1300 obo cash or trade. Sorry no paypal, checks, or money orders on this. I would like to use the money to buy something at the show.
2nd fan is an all original rare DC stickmount fan from an unkown maker. I think someone else here mentioned the maker but I have forgotten since. It runs on all speeds nicely. I did use this fan a few summers ago and ran with no issue. The paint is original but has not been polished. The nickel is good and is not peeling. The switch lever tip is broken and I just friction taped it back to not lose the piece. $1300 obo but I prefer a trade on this one.
