I just purchased a 12 inch 220 volt verity orbit ...The wavy banner badge that is about a half inch wide and wraps around the front cage ring on each end...has anyone ever reproduced one?.. this one is falling apart from a greenish white corrosion and is very thin.... thanks...

Yep. Those Orbit Junior tags are thin and easily damaged or, more often, lost.  The resident etching expert for fan tags is Donald Colman from what I read. There are some beautiful  examples of his work posted on the AFCA Forum.

I need some examples if you find somebody and want to spread the costs.

However, you may be able to save this tag using electrolytic cleaning of brass. There are good explanatory videos on youtube. The set-up is quite simple.
