Whiz washers and spacer?  Rate Topic

What spacers/ washer does the 257599 version of the whiz take.
There’s a 1/4 inch of play on the rotor from bearing to bearing

Mc Master Carr has all different sizes of fiber washers.  You will need to measure the ID and od of your old ones.  1/4" sounds excessive.

These are the only washer on it now, how many and what size washers do you think I’ll need

Measure the size of the washers with a caliper. The amount of washers you need can not be determined until you add some washers and get about an 1/8 inch of play. Measure the ID,OD and width of washers. Probably only need 2 or 3 depending on how wide they are. You can find fiber washers on e bay, amazon, McMaster Carr.

Only worked on fans 51 years of those 80 you mentioned, still experimenting, every fan is different.
