Hi folks, picking up this Westy today. The guy says it doesn't work but I'm sure I can get it up and running. Was this white a factory color or just a rattle can job? The fan looks complete by what I can tell by the pics.

It's factory. White with nickel trimmings.

Definitely consult past forum articles for clever ways to remove the stator. Stamped steel Westys are notorious for having stators nigh impossible to remove. Good luck!
