Yup put a paperclip in the brush spring "it's missing a cap", touched it to the ring and it worked all three speeds.

1913. In 12 Farr Telephone took Menominee agency with the tab foot still sporting the early features such as the vertical switch and stamped struts. In 14 the cone base was introduced.

Nice pick George, the tabs are so much better looking than the cone base fans. Find yourself a little utility motor and rob a brush cap if need be.
