That’s an incredible fan Ted! Great work as always. Love the honey dipper base! I’m trying to thin the herd, otherwise I’d be your buyer!! Best of success selling it. I don’t think it’ll last very long!

I have several examples of Ted's work, it's great. If you've been wanting a 16" Pancake, this would be the one to buy. Any 16" 'cake is an impressive piece; this one looks to be outstanding.

Perhaps this conversation should be taken outside of the BST forum. Thanks from all who have stuff here for sale. ![]()

Hi All! It has been brought to the boards attention about conversations added to Ted's sale that are not relevant to his sale... When a member posts an item for sale we should not add any conversation to the sale unless you have a question about the sale item being offered... Do not flame or speak badly of any ones sale... PM the seller if you have a problem with the item being offered... If it cannot be resolved with a PM or even a phone call, message a board member and we will work on a resolution... Geo...

THERE'S A PLACE TO DISCUSS FANS ON PRE 1950 OR POST 1950! it looks as some people are ignoring rules for their benefit whatever this might be. Time to stop it. BST is just that BUY TRADE SALE. Last edited on Thu Nov 21st, 2019 06:49 pm by Ted Kaczor |

Ted,Your fan is an awesome example of a 1903 16" Pancake. Your craftsmanship is outstanding and greatly beneficial to the AFCA and old fans that would otherwise be no more than stumps, waiting to be completed by finding unicorn replacement parts. Keep up the great work and congrats to the lucky winner.

OK, that being said . . The price was posted earlier, now it's a big old secret. As as service to all members, good to know actual value / sold prices which are required. This has been going on for a long time = = price sold== ???

The seller is just being discreet, I can appreciate that. If the buyer cares to, he can chime in with the purchace price. I think the reason for this, is if the buyer wants to resell later. He should be able to set a sell price, regardless of what he paid for it. Some people get upset if someone else makes a profit. I couln't care less what someone paid for something. If I want it, I'll pay what it's worth to me, if you bought a Tesla at a garage sale for $10 doesn't mean it's not worth a few grand to me. On the other hand, it is handy to know what quality items are going for, so as to be informed.
