I just picked up this mint condition lasko today. The rubber bushings that hold the motor assembly dried up or at least the adhesive did. I just used a few zip ties to hold it together for now.Other than a little ( or a lot ) of dust, it's very nice and fresh looking.  Runs like silk on both speeds too

I'm a very happy camper today. I found a missing grill clip and screw that was causing the motor assembly to sag. Now it's all back together and clean and running without the zip ties

Because it has an oscillator on the back of the motor and the fan rotates from side to side when its running.

No problem  :up:It's an oddball fan that most people don't know about. I think lasko is the only one that tried it and even they only made them for a few years

The fan is so nice & centered in the pix, I thought it was a regular fan. After looking closer at pics of the rear, I see the gearbox!
