Offered for your consideration is one of my 11046 Emerson ribbed base fans. Since I have two in the collection, I am selling one off. Only two are listed in the Emerson survey. $5800 or cash and partial trade. Payment over a short period of time may be arranged. This fan runs well. Please text or call me at 607 339 1212. Thanks.

I think my dad had 3 or 4 of these in the other half of his inventory that we haven't sorted through yet.
We'll keep an eye out   ....

You should not be trying to "piggy-back" this listing. If you have this fan … then list it and name a price. Otherwise, it's proper to respect this listing and leave it be.

Yes I was just teasing.  I have seen similar banter on the boards.

Stefan knows that my dad didn't have any examples of this fan and that I wasn't trying to "piggyback."

And now with this post that should make it clear to all.

The fascinating thing to me about this series of fans is that the 11048 and 11046 have ornate bases while the 11044 has a step base.  I know of no other series in which this exists.  Does anyone else? It's probably because the 11044 was made a couple of years after the others.  Can someone show us a 11066?

Bill,
I have an 11044. I always assumed it had a step base because the 3-speed switch wouldn't fit an ornate base?

Randy,
If that were the case I think it would be easier to design a smaller switch, except they had the step base in stock.

Or perhaps a 3-speed switch from a small fan???

All of the earlier small (8 inch) fans were single speed.
