I found this fanimation punkah , it works nicely, the only problem is that its installed on a 8 foot ceiling, so I need to get smaller blades for it

That is interesting indeed. I looked on YouTube for videos of it working, and all of them seemed to be moving very slowly. Is it effective as a fan, or just a decoration?

It moves some air, but I feel it is more decorative
