looking to buy an 8 inch brass blade..  Pizza style, if it's 9  or 10 inches I can cut it down, 12 is too big.. I have a very cute cast iron Emerson Northwind without a blade, i'm sure they were originally steel, but I think she deserves brass.. so anything you think I can use to make this happen I would be interested,..Thanks ...The shaft size is not important, I will make it fit..
