so I give up I have lots of rubber grommets none of them are the right size.. what I need is the perfect rubber grommet for most fans plus I need one for the cast iron stumps ..the cast-iron is much thicker.. I specially need this one. any help on this matter will put you in my good standing, that and $.50 will get you a cup of coffee.. I don't want another assortment pack ..we're only two of them will work and the rest of them in the trash.. I could probably use 50 of these things..

You might check with Kelly & Wilene Rigsby. They are AFCA members, so should be in the directory.

Their late son had coffee cans full for sale at regionals, so they may have some left. They were cheap and I bought by the dozens!

The center part is wider than most, so fits a cast iron part much better.

Approximate dimensions are:

Hole size to fit into: 7/16"
Hole for wire: 1/4"
Width of groove for Metal to be inserted into: 1/8"

Kim Frank also has a LOT of grommets & feet for fans. And....Darryl, as previously mentioned.

Lane...an Emerson Junior, and an Emerson Northwind, I'm trying to get out of this fan restoration business, but they just keep coming.. and I have a problem saying no. i'm doing this for a friend.. being retired it gives me something to do.. I really appreciate this.. for some reason the cast-iron or the thickness of it throws a wrench in my rubber grommet world. PM me and I will gladly send my address.. thanks so much..
