Aren't those interchangeable with any 12XX series gear box? Post A photo when you get a chance.

Or is it a lever oscillator or earlier model? I can't keep all the models straight

Wait wait... :light:. what about 54646 & 54648 ? are they not contemporaries with the 16646 & 16648 but with the earlier  1st generation gearbox ?  just askin'.

Geoff Dunaway wrote: Wait wait... :light:. what about 54646 & 54648 ? are they not contemporaries with the 16646 & 16648 but with the earlier  1st generation gearbox ?  just askin'.Well, you know Geoff, I was looking at my list and said "that Trojan oscillator with the cage badge has a step base and three speeds so it must have the "new" gearbox used forever on Emersons".   Wrong.   Thanks for pointing out my error.  Were my 54646 not way back where it's hard to see I would have not goofed up.   The 54646 uses the same gearbox as the 12646 Emerson, the second gearbox variation.
