Just trying to see if there is enough interest in doing another blade order

We would need over 900 blades for the machinist to make them

Attached is the old order form to see what blades can be made.  We would be making the same blades

Please do not actually order blades just let me know how many you would likely order.

I do not need to know which blades you want.... just quantity

Cost would likely be $6.00/ blade.....This is not meant to be profitable just trying to break even

Please PM me with a number.  Use PM so as not to fill up this thread

The reason most people have children two years apart is that it takes that long to recover from the first one

Same is true in the blade ordering world

Other Blades could be added to list

We would need one blade in good shape sent to us to make CAD file .  We could add it to the list of blades with a picture of it and the graph paper outline ( like the other 19 blades) That way everybody will have an opportunity to get it and know exactly what they are getting and it will stay nice and organized.

This is just in the early stage of planning
Just looking to see if there is enough interest
So far less than 50.

I am keeping track of how many are desired and by whom.  If you have PM'd me already I have it

Thanks for responses

The early cast brass blades seem to be the hardest to find, will they have "Parker" etc stamps?

I recall this pristine sample selling for $250 15 Years ago, ridiculous I thought. All my early Emersons have wrinkles And dings, some with home boy repairs, brazed wings etc.

Jim, count me in.  I’m not sure what I need at this point but I’m sure I’ll order at least a few sets.  So figure roughly 20 wings for me.

I’m not sure if you’d have anything to copy Jim, but if you could do a 1900 Lundell blade, you can count me in.

As of today we are at 212 blades

Brass blades will come flat with no holes and no engraving

Again this is preliminary inquiry

If you think you might be interested in any PM me.  See attachment above for the old order form

If you would like any other blades I would need one blade in good shape sent to me.  Our machinist can make a CAD file from that blade

I could then add it to the order form with a pic of blade and exact dimensions on graph paper in case others would like it also.

Sorry if this seems dictatorial  but It is very helpful to keep it in an organized manner by following above instructions.  That way I can  add them to previous order form ( which currently has blades listed with pic and graph pic of the exact blade 1-19  )

Thanks for your patience
