here is a pretty nice belt driver. It has a Century reversible motor. It needs a trip to the powder coater but otherwise,  it runs good.

I'm afraid they call it a REX because it "WRECKS" the upholstery in your car when transported like that!

Sorry I couldn't resist. That's a nice fan, though. It's also got a really cool, old Century motor. Hope that motor can be restored and kept!

Eh... nobody sits back there,  its my work car. I have the fan disassembled and ready for powder coating. The motor is excellent with good bearings. It pulled about 5.9 amps on the meter, the tag is rated at 6 amps  :up:

Those parts cleaned up nicely!  Glad the motor is healthy as well.

The bearing nearest the blade was pretty cooked  :shock:I'm probably going to have to get the bearing surfaces cleaned up on a lathe too
