Hi,Would CRC Lectra-Motive be the best solution for cleaning these windings from the base of my Westinghouse 16PA fan?

That's your fan's speed coil, I would be careful about handling and cleaning that because if that goes your fan is toast!

Yes, that spray should be OK use. Spray it on and let it air dry before using. Good luck!  John

Make sure that you are upwind of any electrical cleaning chemical and have proper ventilation so that you don't breathe it. Wear gloves.
