I just had the pleasure of meeting the nicest young couple from North Carolina. A couple years ago Robert Avery found a big 48" 12 wing belt drive fan on Craigslist and posted it up to see if anyone wanted it. Of course I did. So he goes and gets it for me. This and that happens, it never makes it way to Texas, and I forgot about it. He contacts me a few weeks ago, he's coming this way with the fan. Which barely fit in the SUV, buy the way. "That's great Robert!" says I. " Did I pay you for it back then?" "No it's a gift" says Robert. Awesome big fan, free, delivered half way across the country! I couldn't even take them out for dinner because of the Corona Virus scare, so we ate King Ranch chicken on styrofoam plates with plastic forks, and they said how much they enjoyed it. I wish all people under 30 were so polite and respectful, not to mention knowlegable(spelling?)about history. I just wish I could have spent more time with them. I hope everone has a great Memorial Day weekend, it is, in my opinion, the most important day of the year.

I know, sorry Andrew, I didn't think of it until he was already here, and it was pretty late. I'll for sure bring it with me to Stan's.
