My bathroom exhaust fan went out and this seemed like a good place for information because google isnt churning out much information. It is a dual exhaust fan inside a box that says travelaire on top. Not sure if it has to be refurbished or if a direct replacement is made. Any information or help would be appreciated.

Take the motor to your local Grainger store, they should be able to match up a replacement.
