Not so far - - this is a really clean machine - But if your heart is set on the earlier version one will come along, although not necessarily in this condition! Here is another one I have - - A typical example, rusted base, frayed wiring

These go typically for 100-150 even in this shape if complete & running

The one you said you want also has a slightly different blade as well. The one you are looking for the blades are flat and the rivet holes are in a slightly different position than the one Steve posted.

thanks for mentioning this detail Don!

in fact then I am looking more for 'inwards bend blades' just like Steven posted. will update my first post

Stevens one is charming (and in good condition) except its an older one (hence the other badge)

Okay if you want a fan with the blades like Steve's then you should go ahead  and get his. That type of blade if I am correct only came with the pyramid badge. So if you want the older badge you could change it but I don't think it would be correct. Ether way they are both great fans.

thanks Steven. you mean this project fan might be somewhere but completely disassembled. but possible to assemble again? could one get the blades as shiny golden again? this would be rather important. otherwise it looks grand. also the right badge (!) - would it be working?

and thanks Don. but there seem to be this combination existing. older badge + inward brass blades

It is a brass blade, but tarnished as shown - - I have this buried in a storage unit, will look this weekend.

My recollection is I stripped all the paint & polished the blade up

I guess the problem is that if I paint the blades now it will never look how I want it and as a beginner it is probably also hard for me to assemble. or could that be an doable endeavour?

Lawrence in this forum also hinted to me that the Emerson 27626 looks very much like it
