GE Trumpet bell oscillator off center. I got a replacement for the one that was broken and its OK but for the rotation of the bell shaft. Its off center a bit. Not sure if this was something that was in manufacturing or if its something that happened in its life. Is this off enough to make the unit not usable or is there enough tolerance to still use it? I did a video of the housing turning the bell so you can see what I am talking about. Thanks for any help.

It looks to be possible that the steel shaft through the gearbox and into the bell may have gotten bent.

That wear in the hole that the shaft goes through is fairly common and really doesn’t affect operation very much.  Is the shaft actually bent, or is it just the shaft wobbling inside the wallowed out hole?

The shaft is bent just a bit. But I made the hole in the link just a tad bigger so it is solid but has a bit of slop and absorbs the wobble.
