I found a fix for my grill issue. I hated the plastic grill anyway. This is a tanning bed grill replacement steel with chrome plate.

Ed see my post in your other feature. .Metal grille will not work The plastic grille had a deep section around the circumference that extended in to the fan housing and "hugged" the blade tips. While your metal grille might fit, it will not provide the venturi function so rescue the plastic grille out of the trash and get out the glue..sorry Ed.
