Okay this is like third problem with this fan’s motor, I’m honestly just gonna look for another square-stator McMillan.Anyway my K-223’s back bearing is spinning with the shaft and its making an annoying sound. My galaxy does this too.

THE GALAXY PROBLEM IS THE BUSHING/BEARING IS SET IN PLASTIC AND ITHEY DIDNT HAVE GOOD OIL, JUST A SILICONE LUBRICANT. IF YOU CAN PULL THE SHAFT OUT CLEAN IT, OIL IT, CLEAN AND OIL THE BUSHING BEARING THE BEST YOU CAN AND PUT IT BACK AND IT SHOULD BE BETTER
THE LAKEWOOD NEEDS THE SAME THING, BUT IF IT HAS BEEN RUNNING WITH THE WHOLE BUSHING SPINNING IN THE HOUSING IT MIGHT HAVE WORN IT AND WILLCONTINUE TO BE AN ISSUE. PULL THE SHAFT OUT AND CLEAN IT AND OIL IT AND THE BEARING AND PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND HOPEFULL IT WILL BE OK

Ok. I'll do a motor split on the lakewood in a few minutes, and see what I can do.

Nothing changed still noisy. I drenched both bearing + shaft in oil
