 Not one I'm familiar with. Makes me wonder if it wasn't one of those myriad of companies who put together circulators back in the day. Texas had a number of them as I think most other states did as well.

 It first appears in the 1941 Signal catalogue, and spans into the 40s.

 Interesting Russ, neat mount for the motor. I have never seen one in person. You would think there would be a bunch out there.
