I have a Westinghouse 10" 241853 B for sale.  Or I will sell parts.  Will sell reasonable.  It runs sluggish and has a hard time oscillating.

 yes, I have oiled it.  I also have a couple of more Westy's (different models) that I want to sell or part out.
