I wonder if the K cell lids were marked "Edison." Maybe rubber stamped before vitrification such as the S cell lids above? If without Edison markings, today, 99.99999% wouldn't have a clue it was a cell lid, let alone an Edison cell lid. Maybe one in ten million is a bit too optimistic? ![]()

These Edison batteries are great. Has anyone ever seen any of the William M Griscom batteries? It was made with 6 one gallon jars. I have thought of using the Edison cells to try and make something similar. ![]()
