Do you think the cars were actually "full" of fans or was it a marketing ploy to make people think they were full and Diehl fans were "flying of the shelf"?

I think I would prefer the 12" version of the early Diehl with the square wire struts like this one which happens to be a 220 volt motor. Attached Image (viewed 91 times):
