Just wondering the time frame this fan was made, I'm thinking around 1910, and value! Thanks

That is the taller base and would be 1911-12, more likely 1912 by the serial number.    I don't know values.

..... Have mentioned this before, I believe all 16-inch BMYs have the tall base, making the serial number more useful a confirmation than ever, along with other characteristics...

... which is not to dispute Steve Stephens' assessment.

   If anyone can can disconfirm this 16-inch tall base assumption/assertion, it would be useful information... I just haven't yet seen the exception.  My 16-inch BMY ser. #394591 measures 11 1/2" to the pivot.....
