Purchased this fan yesterday in an antique store supposedly it was made in 1949 the same year that Victor went out of business .. it Has to go down is probably the ugliest fan ever made ..but beauty  in the eyes of the beholder or so they say.. It runs very quiet and smooth... there doesn’t appear to be a lot of information on the Victor company of Cincinnati.. They’re famous for their breeze spreader and of course their luminaire.. living here in Cincinnati I come across a lot of their unusual pieces..
