Question regarding blade balancing… my usual technique, getting the blades in clock with a stroboscope and pitch front and back

by measuring has helped tremendously. However, it still has some vibration. After doing a spin balance, one of the blades is significantly heavier. If I tape a penny to the end of the other two blades, Bam everything is perfect.

Obviously that is not the solution but it does show a proven fix. My question is too part…

1. How does this happen, it clearly doesn’t come this way from the factory? 🤣

2. More importantly, does anyone know how to replicate this fix in an undetectable way?

Thanks so much, happy Friday y’all!

Can’t help with question #1, but for second question you can reduce weight by filing edge of blades to remove material

Ahh, so just file all along the edge of the heavy blade and then refinish?
