Hey everyone, a while back I posted some pics of a few finds I was working on. I finally finished the Belgian Frigid VA-1, Darryl Hudson is making me a set of brushes and caps and will be supplying a NOS plug, other than that I do still need to weld a strut however it is otherwise complete. This was a very fun project and it's my first time completely rebuilding a brass cage and making replacement wires, as well as dealing with such severe pitting on a project like this. I'll start with some finished shots, I cleaned all the corrosion off the brass and re-aged it as I like the original look personally.

Before, the rotor was completely seized and would not turn. Probably a doorstop to a shed for the last 50 years haha.

Switch done, the fiber plates were pretty warped but still work well so I left them alone to prevent damage.

Fits in nicely with my other "originals", an Italian Marelli and British Revo.
