Yesterday seeing a KelAire box fan prompted me to try to do a little research on this company.
I found these fans were made by Keller Industries. This site shows their logo assigned in 1966 to Keller Industries at 18000 State Road 9 in Miami FL.  https://uspto.report/TM/72256034

The fans themselves give a location of Swainsboro GA. I did a Google search for Keller Industries in Swainsboro GA and came across a few obituaries of people having worked there. It appears from some other old articles I read that Keller Industries was located at "Magic Mall Industrial Park" on Empire Parkway in Swainsboro GA. I was unable to find an exact address.

Keller Industries also produced ladders, and this division was sold to Werner ladders in 1999. You can see the logo on the attached ad is the same as the Keller ladder logo. I cannot find what happened to the rest of Keller Industries I assume it got merged with another company.

The president of Keller Industries is listed as Bruce A Keller and the vice president is HA Keller, Jr. I had heard that one of the Kellers was once chairman of General Electric, and this was how they ended up using a GE style blade on the fans, but I can't find anything that confirms any of them being with GE.

I have also seen a Polaris box fan with same GE blade and similar to the KelAire fans. These are attributed to Polaris Industries Division - Russell Aluminum Products of Toccoa GA. I cannot find anything on this company, could they have been associated with Keller?
I have also seen similar fans under the brands of Modern, Cardinal and State Pride. I believe the State Pride one was branded for Belk Dept stores which is a department store here in the southeast.

I've also noticed that earlier KelAire fans have the logo in the bottom right corner of the grilles, and the speed control on the top left of the cabinet. Later ones have the logo in the top left, with the speed control on the top right. I have also seen an early KelAire box fan at a sale that had 3 metal blades, that if I recall correctly, looked similar to a Lakewood P-23 but painted brown.

Attached is a newspaper ad showing the KelAire fan in 1974, and the Keller logo as well.

If anybody else is able to dig up any info on the Keller Industries, or any of these mystery box fans, I'd be intersted to know what you found!
