A powerful fan, the term is general and not specific. I find it applied mostly to circulator type fans, but have also seen the term used in conjunction with reference to usually powerful desk fans. Any other questions, please PM me, I'm always glad to help. This prevents multiple replies unrelated to the thread, which are counterproductive to it's dedicated purpose.
