I have several sets of aluminum reproduction blade irons for an Emerson 6-wing ceiling fan. They are raw castings. I’m going to get my set machined and and can machine others at the same time.
Anybody else have irons that need machining?

I have an original iron that the machinist will model from.

Both mounting surfaced will be milled flat, the 3 blade screw holes will be drilled and tapped, and the two motor mount holes will be drilled and counterbored.

This will ensure that all blades will have the same pitch angle and mounting positions.
