I recently finished up this exhaust fan. It’s been completely restored and runs great. 6 wing blade is perfectly balanced and cleared thanks to Nick Loos. You certainly don’t see these every day. Only one I’ve seen. Price is $800. It can be picked up at Docs in May, Museum meet later in the year, or I’m sure I can find it a ride to fan fair.

No. The originals were steel. Nick Loos copied the original steel wings and made me a brass set.

Thought that was the case. The 6 steel wing 6 pole 12" & 16" residence desk & bracket fan were introduced in 34. Your exhaust ventilator was still not on the market in 34. The 1935 catalogue is missing. 1936 and forward catalogues sports your 12" ventilator.

A nice piece for sure. Dam Corvette is eating all my fun money or I'd be all over it.

Thank you for the info Russ, you are a wealth of knowledge. If it doesn’t sell I may just make a pedestal to display it.

With the 12" blade spinning at 1000 RPM, not only is it pleasing to the eyes, you wouldn't even know its running.  :D
