I found a company  willing to Make the bronze worm gear assembly for the 1st generation Emerson& Trogan Oscillators.
But minimum order is 10@$300.00
If I can get them sold ill get project started..if not well I tried.
Fits Emerson Type :2210,2220 Emerson Trojan Type :52646,52648,54648,54646

Hey Dan , what about the big gear on the other side of the box that turns the selector wheel on top ? any thoughts on that one ?

gear looks like new.but that hole has the most play in the cast iron.but Jerry Bravi is gonna fix it.Paul can do that fairly easy
