Green brass plated fan. No maker Mark.  Rate Topic

I got this fan in bad shape at a antique show last May just finished cleaning it. This fan was $10.00 .I also rewired this fan with a old style cord, as well as gave it a old brown plug. I did not repaint it. The color just popped after the cleaning .
Just trying now to figure out the maker and year, time frame it was made. I'm thinking 1920's. Thanks In advance. Sincerely David.
