Pictures of the front of the motor housing (front bearing holder) and also of the underside of the oscillator bell are needed in order to give a precise date.

Not sure if this is the bell assembly but I don’t want to take it apart to photo the motor. Any guess about age would be appreciated

In this case the oscillator bell pictures you posted are enough to date it. Your fan is from 1940-41. In 1940, GE switched from an oscillator bell with one setting to a bell with three oscillation sweep settings like yours.
